We act as both operating partner for a large European investment fund and principal investor on a Dublin based residential portfolio. Our services extend to the acquisition, value add, transition and stabilisation of 13 multi unit residential assets across Dublin.

NPL   +$1bn

SeaPoint acts as special servicer for a large London based private equity firm playing a leading role in the acquisition, business plan formulation and resolution workout of a distressed debt portfolio in the Middle East.

SeaPoint has been appointed as special servicer for a second distressed debt mandate in the Middle East in 2025. Once again, we are taking a leading role in acquisition, business plan development, and resolution strategy – acting on behalf of both a major London-based private equity firm and a London-based investment bank.

We have been retained as operating partner to acquire, resolve and realise value from a portfolio of debt on healthcare real estate assets in the UK.

We acquired the unsecured tail of NPLs from a large institutional acquirer and aggregator of NPLs in Ireland. Our team play an active role in the day-to-day workout of this distressed debt portfolio.

We also have extensive experience in acquiring highly contentious real estate positions out of insolvency.

UK NPL Portfolio

Acquired a portfolio of non-performing loans in the UK, including healthcare assets, valued at over £50 million. This acquisition highlights our ability to manage and enhance the value of distressed assets.

Acquired a non-performing loan secured by residential and commercial properties in Ireland, valued at over €25 million. This transaction demonstrates our expertise in navigating complex debt scenarios.

Dublin Apartments Acquisition1

Casino

Acquired 69 apartments at The Casino development in Malahide from the National Assets Management Agency (Nama).

Ice Rink

Purchased 20 units at the Ice Rink scheme in Dublin for €4.7 million.

Arena and Abberley Square

Acquired a portfolio of 122 apartments in Tallaght, including 63 apartments at the Arena Centre and 59 apartments at the Abberley Square scheme, for €29.8 million.
