Kieran founded SeaPoint Capital Partners in 2016, specializing in distressed debt and real estate. With over 20 years of experience in restructuring and asset management, Kieran has a proven track record in advising on distressed debt, acquiring non-performing loans, and managing illiquid real estate. His leadership has driven SeaPoint to acquire over €2bn of distressed debt and over €200m in value-add real estate assets.

Val O'Sullivan is the CFO at SeaPoint Capital Partners, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning. Val has a proven track record in driving profitable growth, debt and equity fundraising, and contract negotiation.

Ross Connolly is a Consultant at SeaPoint Capital Partners, bringing a wealth of experience in distressed debt and real estate. With a strong background in restructuring and asset management, Ross plays a crucial role in advising clients and managing complex transactions. His expertise and dedication have been instrumental in driving successful outcomes for SeaPoint's clients.

David is responsible for identifying and realising value add real estate opportunities incorporating asset sourcing, equity & debt raising, acquisition, business plan execution and disposal. Prior to joining SeaPoint Capital Partners David gained extensive experience working with Avestus Capital Partners and Davy Real Estate deploying institutional capital in value-add and development strategies in Irish Real Estate.

Darren brings extensive experience in finance and accounting within the asset management industry. A member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Darren works closely with the team to underwrite investment opportunities and deliver strategic portfolio management solutions. His focus is on achieving successful outcomes for Seapoint’s clients, leveraging his expertise in financial analysis, asset restructuring, and risk assessment.

Lily is an Investment Associate at SeaPoint Capital Partners, with a background in transfer pricing advisory for financial services clients. As a qualified chartered accountant, she supports the team in managing SeaPoint’s residential platform, investor reporting, and acquisition due diligence. Lily leverages her experience in financial and risk analysis, as well as project management, to deliver strategic insights and drive successful outcomes.
